The development proposals consist of 264 Lovell Open market units and 264 Tirion private rented units comprising of a mix of 2/3 storey houses and 14 no. 3 and 4-storey apartment blocks.

RIBA Stage 3: Spatial Coordination
- Reviewing and coordinating design
- Identifying and resolving any potential conflicts.
- Ensuring design compliant with standards
RIBA STAGE 4: Technical Design
- Design Team Meetings, Risk Register
- PCI Information Pack, design proposals and project strategies, checking PC CPP
RIBA STAGE 5: Construction
- Attendance at progress meetings
- CDM Compliance audits

Collate and assess info for H&S file
