528-unit residential development is located on the former Whiteheads Steelworks site, Mendalgief Road, Newport.

The development proposals consist of 264 Lovell Open market units and 264 Tirion private rented units comprising of a mix of 2/3 storey houses and 14 no. 3 and 4-storey apartment blocks.

314 2 / 2.5 storey houses – Masonry

RIBA Stage 3: Spatial Coordination

  • Reviewing and coordinating design
  • Identifying and resolving any potential conflicts.
  • Ensuring design compliant with standards

RIBA STAGE 4: Technical Design

  • Design Team Meetings, Risk Register
  • PCI Information Pack, design proposals and project strategies, checking PC CPP

RIBA STAGE 5: Construction

  • Attendance at progress meetings
  • CDM Compliance audits

Agree handover strategy with client

Collate and assess info for H&S file

RIBA Stage 6: Handover and Close out

Finalise and issue H&S file – Digitally
