Points to Note:
Notable features high quality fit out, cleaning and access requirements to substantial glazing throughout, 4.8m tall ceilings, coordination with other trades who were employed by the property owner for routine maintenance of the building.
How the project was delivered successfully:
At each stage of the RIBA process, Green Hat worked with the client to align the quality design objectives of the office block with health and safety considerations by coordinating with the design teams at regular intervals ensuring clear communication of all relevant issues from design through to eventual demolition and disposal. The Green Hat approach ensured the creation of a safe and high-quality working environment during the construction phase right up to practical completion in December 2022.
