Tom is our Senior Building Regulations Consultant. As a Chartered Architectural Technologist, he brings nearly a decade of experience in technical design, project delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination. He specialises in helping project teams navigate Building Regulations requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and design excellence.
His background spans the full RIBA Plan of Work. This enables him to manage design risk, regulatory obligations, and quality standards from early concept through to final handover. Tom’s collaborative approach and attention to detail keep building safety, legal compliance, and technical standards front and centre.
