Working closely with project stakeholders, James provides Principal Designer services across residential, commercial, and educational projects. His role involves planning, coordinating, and managing the pre-construction phase to embed health and safety considerations and ensure compliance with CDM Regulations at every stage. From providing administrative support to preparing pre-construction information and assisting with the development of Construction Phase Plans and Health and Safety Files, James takes a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to every task.

With a strong focus on identifying and managing design-related risks, James strives to facilitate collaboration between all parties. He is dedicated to continual professional development and brings a fresh, enthusiastic perspective to his work.
