His role involves planning, coordinating, and managing the pre-construction phase to embed health and safety considerations and ensure compliance with CDM Regulations at every stage. From providing administrative support to preparing pre-construction information and assisting with the development of Construction Phase Plans and Health and Safety Files, James takes a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to every task.
