Tom Thiele joined Green Hat in 2025 as our Building Regulations Principal Designer. He brings nearly a decade of experience in technical design, project delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination. As a Chartered Architectural Technologist, Tom combines architectural expertise with a sharp focus on compliance and building safety.
His background spans the full RIBA Plan of Work. This enables him to manage design risk, regulatory obligations, and quality standards from early concept through to final handover. Tom’s collaborative approach and attention to detail keep building safety, legal compliance, and technical standards front and centre.
