All construction projects need a CPP.
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 require that certain documents be in place at particular stages in the design and construction process.
This ensures you are CDM compliant.
Simply, the CPP should set out clearly the arrangements for the Health and Safety of everyone carrying out construction work on site.

Site inspections cover multiple requirements and are designed to ensure compliance with current UK legislation.

Observations will not be restricted to the company requesting the inspection alone but will include potential breaches identified throughout the inspection visit.
