Project type – New build residential consisting of two HRB’s and two non-HRB blocks.
This phase will bring 295 high-quality new homes to the eastern part of the estate, featuring a blend of thoughtfully designed maisonettes and one, two, and three-bedroom flats across four buildings. This development will not only enhance the estate’s physical landscape but also foster a thriving community spirit that resonates throughout and beyond the regeneration process.
Building on the successful community partnerships established during Phase One, Bouygues UK continues to work in close collaboration with residents to co-create their future neighbourhood.
The ambitious regeneration extends far beyond new housing. When completed, the four-phase masterplan will feature a vibrant central park, comprehensive refurbishment of existing council homes, over 1,800 sqm of commercial space, and a complete replacement primary school.
