Role – Principal Designer BR
Commencement date – July 2025.
Project type – Commercial refurbishment.
Belgrave House is progressing into the next phase of redevelopment. The project will deliver a comprehensive upgrade to building services and amenity areas, starting with the reconfiguration and replacement of central plant, including new ASHPs at roof level, AHUs, and on-floor plant rooms across Levels 3–5. These floors will be brought to shell and floor condition, incorporating new louvres to the north and south façades.
The scope also includes refurbishment of lower-level areas, such as lifts, lobbies, toilets, reception, and end-of-trip facilities, alongside the replacement of the goods lift and two firefighting lifts, with passenger lifts overhauled and refurbished. Additional enhancements feature new staircases linking key levels, and the creation of a dedicated cycle entrance with lift and stair access, replacing the existing car lift.
These works will significantly improve building performance, user experience, and sustainability credentials, aligning the asset with modern workplace standards.
